Visited a Thursday afternoon. There was no wait to order but there was a good amount of people waiting to pick up good. Cashier quickly took down my order and I received it in 13 minutes. The only place where I had issue is where to pick up. They don't have any clear indicated pick up spot, so I had to check with the cashier. I ordered a regular The Dipper. It's give or take 6 inches long and a little wider than a baguette. I didn't love the size, but it was a really good sandwich. The tastiness of it was worth the price for me. I also really loved the side of Aus Jus. It added so much more flavor to the sandwich than there already was, and a little went a long way.

Green Shack is officially serving Riverside from their new spot inside the Riverside Food Lab! Same crave-worthy sandwiches, same quality ingredients, and way less waiting during those busy hours. From the pastrami-loaded Joker to the flavorful Shack Philly and their stacked Signature sandwich, Chef Manelle’s favorites did not disappoint. Don’t skip the locally sourced potato truffle parm fries or the mango peach fountain drink either. Which sandwich are you trying first?

I honestly want to scream from the rooftops and tell everyone about this place. If you’re looking for delicious food, fair prices, and outstanding customer service, this is it. I came in hungry, frustrated, and ready to eat. Alex, who was behind the counter, took great care of me and made the whole experience even better. I ordered the brisket burger with bacon, and it was so good I didn’t leave a single bite. The fries were incredibly crispy and unlike any fries I’ve had before. What I also loved is that they don’t just have the usual drinks and sides. They offer creative drinks, unique sandwiches, and a great variety of fry seasonings and dipping sauces that make the meal even more enjoyable. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and a great place to sit down and enjoy your food. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. Go check them out—you won’t regret it. They definitely deserve the support, and don’t forget to leave the staff a tip. They work hard and provide an experience that’s worth it.

write a lot of Google reviews, and every once in a while you find a place that reminds you why they’re worth writing. Green Shack is one of those places. The food is phenomenal. Every ingredient tasted fresh, the quality was obvious, and those fries were, without exaggerating, some of the best I’ve ever had. We tried multiple sandwiches, and every one was excellent. What made this place stand out, though, was the people. The owner and head chef was right there behind the counter, hand rolling and prepping the meatballs while telling us about partnering with local farmers and the care they put into sourcing their ingredients. You can tell this isn’t about making sandwiches. It’s about making food they’re proud to serve. The moment that sealed it for me was when she noticed one of our sandwiches wasn’t quite up to her own standards. We never would have said a word because we thought it looked great. Before we even had the chance, she stopped, remade it, and made sure it was exactly how she wanted it to leave the kitchen. That level of pride and attention to detail is rare.
